Goodbye!

Hello once more.

As I pointed out in my previous post, this term has officially ended. Yay 😂

Throughout the course, I have been both frustrated because there have been points that the tasks were too challenging, and content because I eventually managed to complete the tasks. 

Among the tasks of this course, I think the one that we used augmented reality was the most challenging one for me. It took so long for me to get adapted to it, since it was the first time I used such a technology. But I'm glad we learned how to use it. 

We've completed the term after all, and I'm really happy about it because this term felt like forever. 👽

Sooo, this is all for now. I'm not sure if I will use this blog again but stay safe and thanks for keeping up with what I'd done.

WebQuest

Hi, for the last time this term 👀

Our last task for this course is to create a WebQuest. A WebQuest is an inquiry-oriented activity in which students are given a task and provided with access to online resources to help them complete the task. The purpose of this task is to learn how a coursebook that is not technology-friendly can be made technology-enhanced.

For this task, my pair Halil and I used QuestGarden which was an easy tool. For our WebQuest, we chose a project from a coursebook that is about sports themes. It was about preparing a magazine task. We changed it to a poster to make it online. We required students to use Canva

Augmented Reality

HEELLOOO

I'm back with another task. This task aimed to make us get familiar with augmented reality and be aware of how it can be adopted into lessons. 
Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that allows video, picture, and 3D models and animations to be visualized in a 3D environment based on elements of the real world (see for more info). So, the task is about making a handout that contains the use of AR.
My pair Halil and I used some visuals of London. We used both the technology of 360 VR video and 3D AR visuals. 
We couldn't understand how to use AR first, we asked for help from one of our classmates. I think this task was a bit too challenging since it was the first time we used augmented reality.
But anyways, here is our work. Hope you enjoy it!
